Patras & Co Real Estate Ltd manages properties throughout Auckland; with the growth, we need in-house property maintenance personnel to look after our clients and tenants on a priority basis. We seek a versatile Property Maintenance Handyman, semi-skilled carpenter/builder or hammer hand based in Auckland. The ideal candidate will demonstrate basic hand tool skills, a can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail and be highly motivated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
We are well established Property Management company. We believe in providing excellent service to our clients while focusing on a positive and collaborative working environment for our team.
We will provide you with a vehicle (for business use only), uniform, and tools if required, but your tools would be an advantage! Work hours are between 8.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Sunday (a weekly schedule will be provided).
To succeed in this role, you will:
*Have a can-do attitude.
*A wide range of handyman skills, carpenter and joiner will be preferred.
*Have a clean driver's license.
*The ability to confidently and happily work unsupervised
*Experience (at least two years) with carpentry or general maintenance tasks is essential-
references may be required.

PAY AND CONDITIONS
Full-time permanent position
No specific qualification is required.
Minimum hourly rate: $30 per hour
Maximum Hourly rate: $32 per hour
Minimum hours: 30 hours per week
Maximum hours: 70 hours per week
Monday to Sunday – Shifts to be determined as per the roaster
Reasonable compensation for travel expenses will be provided
