Our office is seeking a dedicated person to manage our busy office and the day-to-day operations of a team of energetic professionals.

Requirements

We have much to do with business administration, accounts, finance and technology. Previous experience in business management and accounts and in-depth knowledge of database management and networking software are essential to run our operations smoothly.
In addition following will be the key responsibilities
> Managing a team of professionals from admin to property management staff.
> Managing the full financial administration of the office, including payroll, expenses & property
management & bank accounts.
> Allocating human resources, space and equipment.
> Assigning work to and monitoring the work performance of staff.
> Managing records and accounts of the office.
> Preparing financial statements and reports for external(Tax department) and internal clients (company management)
> Monitoring the database management system that stores records of owners and tenants.
> Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of problems.
> Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
> Coordinating activities to meet the organisation's and office's objectives.
> Liaising with professionals, owners, other departments and personnel to ensure that goals
are met
> Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
> Responding to inquiries concerning programs and services.
Due to the depth of management required for this position, relevant qualifications and proven experience is essential.

Bonuses

PAY AND CONDITIONS
> Full-time permanent position
> Minimum hourly rate: $30 per hour
> Maximum Hourly rate: $33 per hour
> Minimum hours: 30 hours per week
> Maximum hours: 70 hours per week
> Monday to Saturday – Shifts to be determined as per the roaster
> Reasonable compensation for travel expenses will be provided
