    This draw is open to all property owners who have their properties managed by Patras & Co.

  • What’s the Prize?
    One lucky winner will receive two months of free property management for their property, meaning no management fees for that period!

  • When is the Draw?
    The draw will take place live on our Facebook page every year during the third week of March, as part of our celebrations for Patras & Co’s business anniversary.

How to Enter

  1. Join the Draw:

    • All eligible properties currently managed by Patras & Co are automatically entered into the draw.

  2. Tune In Live:

    • The winner will be drawn live on Facebook, so don’t forget to follow our page and join the event to see if you’ve won!

  3. Conditions Apply:

    • Specific terms and conditions apply to ensure fairness and eligibility. For example:
      • The property must be under management for at least six months before the draw.
      • The prize covers management fees only and does not include maintenance or other expenses.
