Patras is an entrepreneur and Sales Guru who started his real estate career in 2002 and has not stopped since. His passionate career covers most aspects of real estate and property, including sales & marketing, property management, property maintenance and development. 

Patras offers his extensive experience to his clients and team. He is now the business owner of Harcourts Patras & Co (Property Management), Team leader at Patras & Co Sales & Marketing in collaboration with Harcourts People First and Director of Trade Track Ltd (Property Maintenance and Developments).

Patras listens to the client's requirements and practically understands their situation; he is a business owner, investor, developer, employer and social worker contributing and giving back to the community. He is multilingual and unique with people, and he has made great contacts and built a rapport over the years; many of the clients have become his family & friends circle.

Patras believes that success comes with hard work, commitment and integrity; he has applied it all in his professional life to serving his clients, which are vital factors for his continued business growth.
