Brick & Agent offers an accessible online portal that enables you to submit photos, videos, and comments while ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of any developments in real-time.


To streamline communication, we kindly urge you to submit all maintenance requests through the designated maintenance email and the provided instructions.

Steps: 
  1. Send an email to maintenance@bricksandagent.com & receive a follow-up message
  2. Fill out an online form, attach images/videos and provide additional info
  3. The details provided directly go to your property manager
  4. Receive updates about the status of your job in your inbox.


The system will automatically cross-reference the email or phone number you provide with the registered details of the property.
